In brief: We process personal data only to handle enquiries submitted through our contact form. Enquiry data is sent by email to our mail server and stored exclusively on servers and devices in Germany. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics tools.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

2. Data processed and purposes
2.1 Website visits and server log files
When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data in server log files, including the IP address of the requesting device (shortened or pseudonymised where possible), date and time of access, requested page, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and referrer URL where transmitted.
This processing is necessary to provide the website and maintain system security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation).
2.2 Contact form
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, selected service and message. For technical reasons, the date and time of the enquiry and your IP address may also be processed to prevent misuse, such as spam.
We use this data to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer and, where applicable, take steps prior to entering into a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract, or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where you have given consent.
3. Storage, locations and retention
Contact-form data, business email and server logs are stored and processed exclusively in Germany. There is no transfer of personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
- Enquiries without a contract: up to six months after the last communication;
- Business correspondence and offer documents: up to ten years where commercial or tax retention obligations apply (Section 147 AO, Section 257 HGB);
- Server logs: a few days, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Where statutory retention obligations apply, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data is deleted or anonymised after the relevant retention period expires.
4. Disclosure of data
We disclose personal data only where you have explicitly consented, disclosure is necessary for contract performance (for example, to shipping or logistics providers), or a legal obligation requires it. We do not transfer data to third parties outside the EU/EEA.
5. No cookies, tracking or analytics tools
Our website does not use cookies for analytics, tracking, marketing or profiling. We do not use analytics or tracking services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Matomo or Hotjar. No personal data is transmitted to third parties for advertising, analytics or tracking purposes.
6. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, destruction, unauthorised access and unauthorised disclosure. These measures include up-to-date systems and security software, restricted access to business email and locally stored data, and regular review of our security measures.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
